Fwd: Ideas (parlement)

Ahhh s’ace has directed me to an excellent article and in fact a website of articles which fits my thinking.
I have long held that "university/collage do as much damage as good. Of course there are things to learn such as electronic programming. However much is taught as unchangeable fact which hinders any improvement or new thinking.
What cha think?
Isn’t this new way what eParlement is after? New ways — networking new ideas – help each other solve issues and problems – world wise? This is why I think we need a “clearing house”. Perhaps irc will do it? However it is only chance I find anyone on IRC. We need to introduce these new ideas via irc forwarded to leparlement however so they are discussed and become real methods which could be implemented. Of course each country needs at the least Initiative and Binding Referendum to implement anything. Somehow we need to carry on discussion about these “ideas” so they mature and grow.
